We currently deliver orders within Canada only.

Back Orders

Every effort is made to ship orders complete. If an item is back ordered we will contact you.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be emailed to sales@jamactivewear.com before 4:00PM MST on the current business day. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Discounts

Discounts (where applicable) will be given at the time of order processing.

Return Policy

Returns for online items can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to JAM Activewear.  Returning merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags or stickers attached. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. Exchanges will accompany a shipping charge unless exchange is due to a defect.

• Must be sent postage paid.
• Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
